This position will represent their area of expertise with reputed company to business reputed company knowledge on internal and reputed company reputed company, regulatory requirements, process improvement, advanced research, reputed company cause analysis, reputed company issue research, documentation, communications, reputed company interaction, training, testing, ongoing reputed company, and developing reports and coordinating audits.Responsibilities

• Represents assigned business reputed company or business process as a subject matter expert in the development of business requirements, reputed company specifications, process flows, process change and/or project management
• Participates in adopting operational best practices and reputed company operating procedures as it relates to assigned business reputed company or business process
• Works directly with business, IT, and users to support and improve existing applications and processes reputed company to assigned business reputed company
• Independently, or with direction from an FBC or department leader, researches and resolves business and technical problems by identifying, evaluating, and implementing improvements to processes and applications
• May conduct testing, including creation of a test plan, test cases, performing User Acceptance Testing and Joint Cycle Testing
• Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT or reputed company area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required

• 3 years of work experience in business analysis, project management, and/or process improvement to include:##1 year of functional experience in at least one of the specific areas for position (e.g., claims, eligibility, product, benefits, implementations or area reputed company to the department with which the position resides)
• Must be eligible to work in the reputed company without need for work reputed company or residency sponsorship
