Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Acquisition Manager – Remote Inside Sales to join our innovative team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the effort to identify, evaluate, and acquire residential real estate properties that align with our strategic investment goals. Your expertise in sales negotiation, market analysis, and client relationship management will drive successful property acquisitions while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales skills and real estate knowledge in a remote setting, making a tangible impact on our growing portfolio.
What you'll do
- Answer inbound and live-transfer calls from homeowners, and call back any missed transfer within 5 minutes
- Build trust, run discovery, handle objections, and guide each seller to a clear next step
- Make offers and move deals to signed contract. At full capacity, the target is 5 offers and 1 signed contract per week.
- Keep every lead in Podio current, with a next action on each record
- Work in SmrtPhone, Slack, Outlook, Dropbox Sign, and Google Drive
- Learn our sales-call method before you work le, then keep sharpening it with ongoing coaching
Required
- Phone sales experience, and comfort owning the whole call: rapport, discovery, objections, and close
- Self-directed remote work habits and CRM discipline
- Clear, professional communication and a trust-first style
- U.S. work authorization, a quiet workspace, and reliable phone and internet
- Availability for the schedule below
Preferred
- B2C, inside sales, or high-call-volume closing experience
