As an Application Developer, you will deliver and support technology solutions that enable business capabilities by partnering across IT and the business to analyze requirements, design, and build software.
Responsibilities
Build and deliver software solutions using established design patterns and coding standards—focused on secure, scalable, durable, and accessible outcomes
Contribute across the delivery lifecycle (requirements/backlog refinement, technical design, development, test automation, and deployment) in Agile and/or waterfall environments
Support production stability by participating in on-call support, troubleshooting incidents, contributing to root-cause analysis, tracking operational KPIs, and maintaining clear documentation for operations and users
Skills
0–4 years of professional industry experience with software development
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Proficiency with relevant development languages, tools, frameworks, and dependencies, and strong fundamentals in data structures/algorithms
Experience building or integrating with established APIs, including common system integration patterns
Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to balance priorities and meet deadlines
