Assess the new proposal
Skills
Experience in evaluating software development proposals and contracts
Ability to assess the quality of software solutions and their alignment with business requirements
Strong analytical skills to evaluate project timelines and budgets
Experience in project management and understanding of software development life cycle
Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations
