No previous tax preparation experience is required. We will train you.
You bring the drive, personality, professionalism, and willingness to learn. We’ll provide training in tax preparation, software, compliance, and our office workflow.
What You’ll Do
- Learn to prepare accurate federal and state tax returns
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the filing process
- Communicate with clients and collect required documentation
- Build relationships and follow up with potential clients
- Market tax preparation services and develop your clientele
- Protect confidential taxpayer information
- Follow IRS due-diligence and compliance requirements
- Participate in training, team challenges, incentives, and celebrations
- Meet seasonal service and production goals

Compensation
This is a commission-only independent contractor opportunity. There is no hourly wage, salary, guaranteed income, or guaranteed number of clients. Earnings depend on individual production, collected preparation fees, client volume, and performance.
Strong producers may achieve five-figure seasonal earnings. Established high producers may build toward six-figure annual earnings as their clientele and responsibilities grow. These are potential outcomes, not promises or guarantees.
