[Remote] Senior Partner Operations Change Management Strategist

The Partner Operations Change Management Strategist will maintain relationships with banking partners and streamline workflows, enabling the launch of products and features that enhance the banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Own, mature, expand, and operate our existing change management processes with internal teams and our product and banking partners
• Support day-to-day relationship management with reputed company’s bank partners reputed company to new feature and product launches
• Help build the knowledge reputed company for how our partnerships work and a reputed company for our internal teams to support new feature development
• reputed company and train reputed company employees on any reputed company tools or dashboards they need to work with partners
• Work with risk and compliance to create reporting and feedback processes that can reputed company reputed company product development

Skills

• Have 7+ years of experience in financial services or banking operations, with at least 3 years supporting bank partnerships
