Creation of customs and export documents or registrations
Customs legal processing of air freight import shipments in compliance with internal, country-specific, and customer-specific regulations
Prioritization of orders and independent management of assigned order portfolio
Preparation and recording of documents and data for authorities and internal departments
Central contact person for our customers and customs offices
Order documentation and filing (digital and in paper form)
Your Profile:
Successfully completed vocational training as a logistics or freight forwarding professional
Experience in the field of freight forwarding, customs, and foreign trade is advantageous
Understanding of regulations and provisions in the air freight sector
Proficient use of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Good German and English language skills
Quick comprehension and communication as well as team skills
Commitment and a high level of customer service orientation
