Sr. SAP SuccessFactors Mentoring SME (Remote)

<p><strong>*** <u>URGENT Opportunity with the US Federal Government</u> ***</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>**Fully REMOTE</strong> - No Travel</p><p>Duration: <strong>10-12 months </strong></p><p>Rate: <strong>Open/Depends on Experience</strong> and only on <strong>W-2</strong> contract terms</p><p><br></p><p><strong>SAP SuccessFactors CDP / Mentoring Subject Matter Expert </strong></p><p><br></p><p>This person will essentially own the Mentoring functional workstream from discovery and design through configuration, testing, production deployment, knowledge transfer, and stabilization.</p><p>The resource should be capable of:</p><ul><li>Leading Mentoring discovery, requirements validation, and functional design</li><li>Configuring Mentoring programs, eligibility, mentor/mentee profiles, matching rules, relationship lifecycle, and program administration</li><li>Supporting/configuring RBP, notifications, and administrator access</li><li>Supporting Mentoring participation reporting, preferably using SuccessFactors Story Reporting</li><li>Developing configuration/design documentation and detailed test scripts</li><li>Performing functional QA and supporting UAT, defect resolution, and retesting</li><li>Supporting deployment across DEV, QA, and Production</li><li>Providing administrator training and knowledge transfer</li><li>Supporting production validation, stabilization, and hypercare</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Incumbent does not need to handle every supporting function independently but should, in fact, completely own the Mentoring functional solution and implementation.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><em><u>Required Qualifications</u>:</em></strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of overall SAP SuccessFactors experience preferred</li><li>2+ SuccessFactors Mentoring implementations preferred, with 1 complete implementation as the minimum</li><li>At least 1 Mentoring implementation personally taken through design/configuration, testing, and production go-live</li><li>Demonstrated hands-on configuration of Mentoring programs, mentor/mentee profiles, matching, and lifecycle</li><li>Functional/workstream lead experience on 2+ SuccessFactors implementations preferred</li><li>RBP experience – 2+ years or demonstrated hands-on project experience preferred</li><li>Story Reporting – at least 1 implementation/project preferred</li><li>Testing/UAT – 2+ implementations preferred, including test-script development and defect resolution</li><li>2+ SuccessFactors production go-lives preferred</li><li>Administrator training/knowledge transfer experience on at least 1 implementation</li><li>Current/relevant SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) strongly preferred</li><li>Federal, government, or similarly regulated environment experience preferred</li><li>SAP NS2/Sovereign Cloud experience is highly desirable but not mandatory</li><li>Must be available to support the proposed schedule through the December 31, 2026 Mentoring deadline</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Please feel free to call/email me for any questions ro clarifications!!</p><p>Best Regards,</p><p><strong>Amit</strong></p><p><strong>224-507-1290 | amustafi@divihn.com</strong></p><p><strong>
