Operations</p> <p> </ul> <h3>What You’ll Do</h3> <p>As a Warehouse Lead, you’ll help keep warehouse operations running smoothly while ensuring materials and inventory are accurately received, tracked, stored, and shipped.</p> <p>Your responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> </p> <li> </p> <p>Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including <strong>receiving, inventory control, material movement, and shipping</strong>.</p> <p> <br /> </p> <li> </p> <p>Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders, packing slips, and inventory records.</p> <p> <br /> </p> <li> </p> <p>Use <strong>ERP and warehouse management systems</strong> to process inventory transactions, transfers, and adjustments.</p> <p> <br /> </p> <li> </p> <p>Operate <strong>RF scanners and computerized inventory systems</strong> to maintain accurate, real-time inventory records.</p> <p> <br /> </p> <li> </p> <p>Pick, stage, and distribute raw materials and packaging supplies to production teams.</p> <p> <br /> </p> <li> </p> <p>Coordinate material movements to support manufacturing schedules and production requirements.</p> <p> <br /> </p> <li> </p> <p>Perform <strong>cycle counts, physical inventory audits, and inventory reconciliation</strong>.</p> <p> <br /> </p> <li> </p> <p>Identify and report inventory discrepancies, material shortages, and damaged products.</p> <p> <br /> </p> <li> </p> <p>Prepare finished goods for shipment, including labeling, documentation, and system updates.</p> <p> <br /> </p> <li> </p> <p>Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation.</p> <p> <br /> </p> <li> </p> <p>Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.</p> <p> <br /> </p> <li> </p> <p>Follow established <strong>GMP, HACCP, food safety, and quality procedures</strong>.</p> <p> <br /> </p> <li> </p> <p>Work closely with production, quality, procurement, and logistics teams to resolve issues and maintain efficient operations.</p> <p> <br /> </p> <li> </p> <p>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.</p> <p> </ul> <h3>What We’re Looking For</h3> <ul> </p> <li> </p> <p><strong>2+ years of warehouse, logistics, material handling, or manufacturing experience.</strong></p> <p> <br /> </p> <li> </p> <p>Experience using <strong>ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, JD Edwards, or similar platforms</strong>.</p> <p> <br /> </p> <li> </p> <p>Strong computer skills, including <strong>Microsoft Office and inventory management software</strong>.</p> <p> <br /> </p> <li> </p> <p>Hands-on experience with <strong>RF scanners, barcode systems, and electronic inventory tracking</strong>.</p> <p> <br /> </p> <li> </p> <p>Knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory transactions, and warehouse documentation.</p> <p> <br /> </p> <li> </p> <p>Ability to read and understand purchase orders, packing slips, shipping documents, inventory reports, and production schedules.</p> <p> <br /> </p> <li> </p> <p>Strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering and managing inventory data.</p> <p> <br /> </p> <li> </p> <p>Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.</p> <p> <br /> </p> <li> </p> <p>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.</p> <p> <br /> </p> <li> </p> <p>High school diploma or GED required.</p> <p> <br /> </p> <li> </p> <p>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse duties.</p> <p> </ul> <h3>Additional Experience That Will Set You Apart</h3> <ul> </p> <li> </p> <p>Previous <strong>Warehouse Lead or Team Lead experience</strong>.</p> <p> <br /> </p> <li> </p> <p>Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.</p> <p> <br /> </p> <li> </p> <p>Experience with <strong>cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution</strong>.</p> <p> <br /> </p> <li> </p> <p>Background in <strong>food manufacturing, protein processing, agricultural products, or dry ingredient manufacturing</strong>.</p> <p> <br /> </p> <li> </p> <p>Familiarity with <strong>GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations</strong>.</p> <p> <br />
