Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Oracle Health is seeking a strategic, customer-focused leader to oversee a portfolio of their most important healthcare customers. The Client Success Director will lead a team of Customer Success Managers, driving customer outcomes, adoption, retention, and growth while ensuring customers realize measurable value from their Oracle Health investment.
Responsibilities
Drive operational performance goals and will be responsible for achieving quarterly targets in terms of renewal rates to maximize revenue and minimize cancellations
Build team, improve internal processes and systems to achieve operational performance that meets or exceeds goals
Establish and measure group goals and team performance against specific target objectives
Participate in strategic and tactical planning for the division
Build ongoing customer relationships to drive renewals, maximize timely renewals and upsell to the client
Own resolution of client issues acting independently
Plan regional coverage and staffing models
Interface with virtual team to accomplish goals
Skills
Applicants are required to read, write, and speak the following languages: English
Must be based in Northeastern United States
Approximately 25% travel required
10+ years of experience in a relevant field
10+ years of leadership experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Professional Services, Consulting, or Post-Sales organizations
Experience leading teams supporting enterprise SaaS, healthcare technology, or complex enterprise software solutions
EMR/EHR experience desired but not required
Proven success managing large customer portfolios with accountability for retention, customer satisfaction, and growth
Experience building executive relationships with CIOs, CMIOs, CFOs, clinical leaders, and healthcare executives
Strong financial and business acumen with experience managing portfolio health, customer risk, and operational performance
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams within a matrixed organization
Experience developing high-performing leaders and building scalable customer success organizations
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
